Job Description

Tanoto Foundation is looking for Leadership Learning Enrichment and Employability (LEE) Lead which is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and rigorous monitoring and evaluation of learning enrichment initiatives to accelerate the development of leadership competencies and employability skills among Tanoto Scholars, Tanoto Fellows, and the broader alumni network.

For active Scholars and Fellows, enrichment of leadership competency development is delivered through community-based learning, gatherings, sponsorships, and global experience program. Enrichment of employability development, on the other hand, includes industry immersion and support for the transition into employment or self-initiated enterprises.

For the alumni network, the Lead works in close collaboration with the Alumni Association to facilitate continuous professional development, promote a culture of lifelong learning, and sustain the cultivation of a pay-it-forward value to drive meaningful societal impact.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

LEADERSHIP LEARNING ENRICHMENT

  • Manage learning enrichment portfolio (i.e. Tanoto Scholars Association, Tanoto Scholars Gathering, Sponsorship and Global Experience Program)
  • Collaborate with Leadership Development unit to integrate activities to overall scholars development journey
  • Work closely with MLE Department and other LDS unit to continuously experimenting innovative approach for learning enrichment and its management to accelerate leadership and/or employability development
  • Work with external partners to establish partnership and or opportunities for learning enrichment

EMPLOYABILITY

  • Strengthen networking with HR leaders through various initiatives
  • Support industry immersion for Tanoto Scholars in professional preparation stage
  • Support internship facilitation for Tanoto Scholars in RGE business group or other partners
  • Tanoto Scholars and Tanoto Fellows graduated land to job or start their enterprises 6 months after graduation
  • Manage graduation events & alumni gatherings
  • Provide support and collaborate with Alumni Association to facilitate their professional development and lifelong learning, at the same time cultivating pay it forward value.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree in Education, Human Capital Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership development, talent development, learning design, community development/partnership, or related area.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing medium to large scale development programs or scholarship/fellowship initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of leadership competency frameworks and employability skills, with the ability to translate them into impactful learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across stakeholders, including academia, industry, and alumni communities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning including data-driven program improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
