Role Description The Leader Servis is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring excellent guest service. This role includes supervising service staff, coordinating table assignments, monitoring service standards, and supporting smooth collaboration between the kitchen and service teams. The Leader Servis will guide and train team members, handle guest inquiries and feedback, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The role also involves assisting with shift scheduling, basic reporting to management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
  • Team leadership and supervision capabilities, including training, motivating, and coordinating service staff during busy shifts.
  • Operational and organizational skills, such as managing workflows, supporting scheduling, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and management, including handling feedback and resolving issues calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards; prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with a strong focus on safety and hygiene.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or hospitality-related education is an advantage.
