Role Description The Leader Operational role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily operations across CAP Group outlets. This role includes managing staff schedules, coordinating service quality, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. The Leader Operational monitors sales performance, controls inventory and supplies, and supports the implementation of promotional activities. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with management to execute projects that enhance efficiency and customer experience. The Leader Operational also acts as a key communication point between outlet teams and headquarters, ensuring policies and procedures are clearly understood and followed.

- Strong Analytical Skills to review operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with teams, management, and external partners.
- Proven Sales experience to drive revenue growth and support promotional and upselling initiatives.
- Operations Management skills to oversee daily outlet activities, staffing, and service standards.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
