Leader Mixing Room

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in chemical production or mixing operations, preferably in the footwear or manufacturing industry
• Experience in adhesive mixing or chemical handling processes is an advantage
• Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Proven ability to supervise daily operations, monitor team performance, and maintain work discipline
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Understanding of chemical handling procedures and workplace safety practices is an advantage
• Willing to work in the Mixing Room (Chemical Area)
