- Develop and manage a network of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Design and execute creator growth & monetization strategies (ads, brand deals, live commerce, affiliate)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and talents
- Analyze content and campaign performance (views, engagement, conversion, revenue)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand Partnership, Marketing)
- Establish and improve talent management systems (onboarding, contracts, KPIs)
- 3–5 years of experience in MCN, influencer marketing, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of the creator economy & social commerce landscape
- Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
- Proven leadership experience (managing at least 2–5 team members)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Existing network of creators is a strong advantage
