Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase transaction volume and active users for PARKEE's Direct-to-Customer (D2C) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) products.
  • Formulate long-term strategic plans covering market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead project management activities and oversee the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring targets are achieved and making necessary adjustments when required.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure initiative performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful strategy implementation.
  • Assess risks associated with strategic plans and develop appropriate mitigation measures, including contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business strategy, growth, business development, or a related function.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, particularly for digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in the technology, startup, parking, mobility, or related industries is highly preferred.
