Develop and execute growth strategies to increase transaction volume and active users for PARKEE's Direct-to-Customer (D2C) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) products.
Lead project management activities and oversee the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring targets are achieved and making necessary adjustments when required.
Prepare and manage budgets for growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure initiative performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful strategy implementation.
Assess risks associated with strategic plans and develop appropriate mitigation measures, including contingency plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business strategy, growth, business development, or a related function.
Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, particularly for digital products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
Experience in the technology, startup, parking, mobility, or related industries is highly preferred.
