Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer (Senior level) located in BSD. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for developing robust full-stack systems, designing and maintaining software solutions, and performing object-oriented programming tasks. In Kitakuji engineers are expected to lead AI agents that are doing the bread and butter software developments. The role also includes communicating with UI / UX designer, improving software architecture, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that align with the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and principles.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Web Development and Software Development practices.
• Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Understanding in DevOps and Public Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with modern development frameworks and technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
