Gateway Search is proud to work with the service provider for turnkey power protection solutions. They are looking to bring on board qualified Lead Service Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and providing application support on generator or UPS at customers sites.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure that the systems are working efficiently and safely.
- Provide technical advice and customer service solutions, and to train customers on the features of the equipment
- Prepare costing/quotations to customers
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in servicing and ability to troubleshoot Genset down to component level
- Knowledge in Uninterruptible Power Supplies or Standby Generators is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage
- Possess great leadership to lead the service team
- Strong capability to manage customers and build customer relationships
