5. Proven experience handling external audits and coordinating with auditors.
6. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
8. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising and developing team members.
9. Ability to review financial statements and highlight key insights for management.
10. Strong communication, integrity, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
Job desc Finance & Accounting Lead:
- Verify payment requests across all divisions and release payments in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring proper authorization and internal control.
- Review journal entries and ensure all transactions recorded in the General Ledger are properly classified according to their nature, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, and prepayments).
- Lead and Review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze financial statements to support informed business and management decision making.
- Verify employee payroll to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
- Ensure SOP compliance while continuously improving AP & AR processes to strengthen efficiency and internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage external audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of audited financial statements.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Supervise and develop the finance & accounting team, ensuring effective delegation and performance monitoring.
