Lead Risk Management
Job Description:
- Develop and implement the Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, and Risk Reporting System.
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops with project stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project risks related to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, contracts, and commercial matters.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including probability and impact analysis.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Contracts, and Project Controls teams to ensure effective risk mitigation actions.
- Monitor risk mitigation effectiveness and track risk closure status.
- Support claims, variation orders, extension of time (EOT), and change management activities by providing risk analysis and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and present periodic risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations to project management and senior leadership.
- Promote a proactive risk management culture throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects, with at least 3 years as lead risk management, project controls, project management, or a related leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing risks for large-scale industrial, oil & gas, power, mining, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks in accordance with International Organization for Standardization Risk Management Guidelines.
- Proven capability in conducting risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment for EPC projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project risk registers, risk matrices, risk dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) & workshop risk.
- Knowledge of EPC project execution processes, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out phases.
