Lead Risk Management and Compliance (Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks associated with Technology and E-Commerce business.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Establish internal control and ensure all transactions are comply with regulation.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Emergency Response Planning related to customer fraud identification.
• Risk Assessment analyses historical market data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and market changes to ensure policies align with best practices.
• Devise and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses and exposure.
• Collaborate with related teams to integrate risk considerations into decision-making processes.
• Implement real-time risk monitoring tools to track market movements, exposure, and compliance with risk limits.
• Regularly conduct internal audit to ensure good corporate governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management from reputable universities.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) is a plus.
• Min. 4 years of working experience in Governance, Risk Management or Compliance.
• Master the Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and the Google workspace (especially Google Sheet).
• Proven experience in risk management within the Financial, Trading or Investment industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Palm Oil industry is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
