Role Description

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for our team in Yogyakarta. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 year experience as Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Experience, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in Onboarding Processes and Employee Engagement strategies
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration
• Organizational and Time Management Skills to oversee multiple hiring projects simultaneously
• Data Analysis and Reporting Skills for monitoring and improving recruitment metrics
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
