Role Overview:
The Lead Qualifier plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all incoming leads from IGN's digital channels. This position focuses on welcoming leads, gathering essential information, and determining their level of readiness before passing them to the Education Consultant team. Your work ensures that every lead receives a professional and positive first impression while maintaining high data accuracy and smooth funnel flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads quickly and professionally through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Greet and communicate with parents and students using warm, clear, and professional language.
- Ask essential qualifying questions (age, class, school type, location, program goals, etc.).
- Assess and categorize leads based on established guidelines.
- Record key insights accurately in Kommo to maintain clean and organized data.
- Forward qualified leads to the Education Consultant team.
- Update lead statuses consistently, ensuring no leads are left pending or without follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Education Consultant and Digital Marketing teams regarding lead trends and patterns.
- Follow communication standards, scripts, and internal procedures with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum education SMA/SMK; Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, admin, support, telesales, or other communication-focused roles.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High discipline, accuracy, and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle 100-150 leads per day.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
- Experience in using Kommo would be a plus.
- Integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Interest in education and youth development is a plus.
