Lead Programmer (Project Based)

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in relevant languages (REST API, Java, Kafka, Microservices), frameworks, and game engines (Unity, Unreal).
• Architecture & Design: Ability to design system architecture, define coding standards, and implement core features.
• Version Control & DevOps: Advanced knowledge of tools like Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (Trello, Jira).
• Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team on technical best practices.
• Communication: Strong soft skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders or clients.
• Experience: 7 years of professional software development experience, often with prior leadership experience
