The focus is on building children's learning habits, discipline, confidence, and independence through repetition, consistency, and order before academic learning. Various learning resources are utilized to enhance children's development based on Montessori Philosophy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher at MontessoriMadness in Jakarta and Bekasi area. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, communication, and kindergarten activities. Daily tasks include implementing Montessori principles, creating engaging learning environments, and fostering children's growth and development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching is a plus
• Effective communication skills with children and parents
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility in teaching approach
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• FULL TIME and able to work on Saturday and Sunday
