Lead Logistics & Inventory

Scope Of Work :

• Lead end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations.
• Develop and manage logistics & material delivery plans to support project schedules.
• Ensure material availability, stock accuracy, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Manage warehouse operations, including the setup and organization of temporary project warehouses, receiving, storage, picking, material issuing, and stock opname.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, replenishment, slow-moving and non-moving stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Engineering, Finance, Site, Vendors, and Logistics Partners.
• Manage logistics vendors, transportation, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
• Maintain and control inventory master data in ERP, including landed cost data, product and variant naming consistency, inventory movement records, and periodic inventory reports.
• Monitor and report key Logistics & Inventory KPIs and performance.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Logistics & Inventory team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Energy, or Project-based industries is highly preferred.
• Experience managing remote-area and project-site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics planning.
• Experience in Import & Customs Clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel to or work at project sites when required.

Plus Point (optional) :

• Basic Mandarin proficiency.
• Experience in EPC & Solar PV Projects
• Familiar with ERP HashMicro.
