Your responsibilities, will be:
Managing, mentoring and developing a pack of effective engineers as team members
Contribute to the development of upcoming and existing applications and services
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams
Building reusable, scalable, maintainable code
Implement TDD, SOLID and other principles that are part of the engineering culture
Ideally, you are:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
Able to motivate, mentoring and develop a pack of effective engineers
Possess minimum 5 years of programming experience (Full stack)
Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced with Java, especially Spring Framework
Experienced with MySQL, PostgreSQL, mongoDB, etc
Experienced with Git
Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Familiar with CI/CD tools
Understanding of web standards, object-oriented design and software development Principles
Experienced with microservice architecture, Open API and third party integration
Experienced with modern JavaScript full-stack development (NodeJS, VueJS/ReactJS, etc) is a plus
