Bachelor's degree in Interior Design & Architecture
Minimum 4 years of experience in interior and furniture design
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for interior and furniture projects
Experience in Project Management
Proven experience in leading a team or managing a project

Job Description
Lead, coordinate, and provide training to the drafting team to meet company targets and project deadlines.
Ensure the team's work complies with established quality standards and SLAs.
Develop, guide, and maintain updated standards and templates used by the team in line with Dekoruma's evolving scoping needs.
Implement improvements to workflows and drawing templates to enhance team efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews of team performance, work output, and upcoming needs.
Coordinate with other teams regarding working drawings and 3D deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for other teams for clarifications related to working drawings across all projects in the production and installation phases.
