Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models using groundbreaking technology.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Design, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral) for domain-specific tasks.
Optimize models for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency using MLOps pipelines (e.g., Docker, CI/CD)
Be a trusted advisor to the business regarding Data Science and AI, its applications, use cases, and limitation.
Present findings through clear visualizations and reports tailored to both technical teams and business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making.
Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML techniques, tools, and best practices, including ethical AI considerations and cloud-native data workflows.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a technical data science role and 2+ years of experience in leadership role
Strategic thinking to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Proficiency in Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure) for data acquisition, processing and analysis from large data sets.
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and LLM orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of a variety of ML techniques & LLM, and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
