Independently drive data analysis, streamline business processes, and manage a team of analysts. Provide technical expertise in data management, mining, modeling, and reporting.

• Design and manage reporting environments, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Provide expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing.
• Support data warehouse initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, normalization, and consistency.
• Conduct analysis, synthesize insights, and generate reports from multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for decision-making.

• Review and validate deliverables before client submission.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Strategy

• Define data needs with business stakeholders.
• Manage analysts activities and ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot reporting environments and resolve issues.
  
  

Analytics & Modeling

• Build statistical and predictive models; validate and improve performance.
• Perform prescriptive analytics to recommend business actions.
• Execute SQL/Python code for data manipulation and analysis.
  
  

Reporting & Visualization

• Generate business reports and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Present findings graphically and in written form.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and recommend actions.
  
  

Knowledge & Documentation

• Maintain documentation of code, models, and processes.
• Review team documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Use version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) for code management.
  
  

Team & Client Interaction

• Guide team members, review outputs, and ensure quality.
• Facilitate meetings, present findings, and support decision-making.
• Gather client feedback and adapt solutions accordingly.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Python development (minimum 5 years professional).
• Strong experience with Flask or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with machine learning models (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL, R, SAS, MATLAB, and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating ML models into applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Exposure to scalable data systems and advanced analytics.
