as the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting one of the growing Digital Infrastructure Company that develops, builds and operates digital networks and data centre assetsin their search for Lead Facility Engineer (Electrical) that will be in Batam work of setting.
Qualifications
- Lead data centre daily operation and maintenance of electrical system, MV switchgear, LV switchboards, RMU, PTU, Generators, busduct, grounding system
- Perform and ensure routine facilities inspection to ensure system always uptime
- Develop and maintain SMEOP for all electrical activities
- Monitor all electrical systems healthiness, alarms, early detection and respond swiftly to any abnormal conditions and prevention
- Perform RCA for any electrical incidents or power events
- Ensure zero downtime mindset by maintaining all electrical assets in optimal condition
- Provide leadership and supervision for all facility technicians by assigning daily tasks, managing work priority, responding to alarms, adhere to Change Management and SMEOP.
- Ensure all Change Management follow all safety standards, risk assessments, PTW process, Change Management protocol and procedures
- Support certification audits, customer audits, and local regulatory inspections
- Lead technicians and contractors during minor and major PPM, shutdown maintenance, load transfers, commissioning testing, load bank test, black out test
- Support and work collaborative with construction team during project interfacing work, capacity expansion, upgrades, retrofits
- Review electrical SLD, design drawings, method statements, commissioning plans
- Witness and validate commissioning tests
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth integration of new system in
- Operate and maintain mission critical infrastructure MEP systems to ensure SLA compliance and 100% uptime.
- Prepare monthly electrical operational reports, asset health summaries, energy usage data, monitor PUE performance
- Maintain complete and accurate records of switching reports, maintenance logs, incident reports, test results.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or operations management
- Fluent and able to communicate in English
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical trade background or degree
- Ability to develop and review Standard of Operations Procedure, Method of Procedure, Emergency of Operations Procedure, Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis reports, CAPEX/OPEX budget forecast, asset management
- Knowledge of menage MEP, Security, ICT related Change Management
- Experienced in managing technicians, vendors, contractors, setting and managing critical metrics, negotiating quotations and contracts.
- Experienced of using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, Customer Portals, BMS/DCIM
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external customers
