Job Description:

  • Lead the CN KAM team to deliver monthly/quarterly KPIs run weekly cadence and business reviews
  • Own growth of top accounts: drive campaign adoption, commercial negotiation, and operational improvements
  • Identify cluster-level growth opportunities and turn them into executable strategies/programs (tiering, incubation, priority tracks, resource allocation)
  • Build KPI tracking and forecasting provide insights, risks, and action plans report weekly progress to management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure resources and ensure delivery

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and strong working English
  • 5+ years in e-commerce marketplace roles (KAM/Category/BD/Merchandising), with people management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of target breakdown, forecasting, and post-mortems
  • Strong stakeholder management and execution ownership
