Job Description:

  • Identify, analyze, and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement new processes that streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Ensure that all processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of operation.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and process optimization.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop training programs to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure proper implementation of process improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are followed accurately and improvements are implemented correctly.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new solutions and improvements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and new challenges.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant technology platforms.
