Job Summary

As a Lead within the Business Strategy & Planning function's General Management job family, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning the Accommodation domain's operations with Traveloka's mission and goals. The Business Strategy & Planning team's focus on pricing, growth, and strategic initiatives will be your foundation to deliver impactful strategies that boost the company's competitive edge and value for stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to pinpoint emerging market opportunities and strategic focus areas for the Accommodation domain
• Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities for the Accommodation domain and develop actionable implementation plans
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships (including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and inventory acquisition) to enhance the Accommodation domain's offerings
• Develop complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project roadmaps tailored to the Accommodation domain's needs
• Oversee the execution of overarching country strategic growth frameworks for the Accommodation domain to drive consistent financial outcomes
• Identify key growth levers from demand generation, fulfillment, and supply improvement perspectives for the Accommodation domain and drive their implementation
• Formulate data-backed recommendations for marketing and commercial terms by collaborating with regional marketing and commercial teams to support the Accommodation domain's growth
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or other quantitative or business-related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business strategy, planning, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill insights from diverse data sources and translate them into actionable strategies
• Excellent understanding of P&L and key levers to drive both top and bottom line growth for the Accommodation domain
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
