Role Purpose

As a Lead Auditor, you'll plan, lead, and deliver third-party audits aligned to international standards. You'll assess integrated management systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure organisations meet quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements—with a strong focus on risk-based thinking and continual improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and conduct third-party audits in line with ISO standards
• Build audit plans, checklists, and deliver clear, accurate audit reports
• Assess compliance with:
• ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation
• Provide guidance and (where required) training to teams on best practices and compliance
• Stay current on regulatory requirements, standards, and industry expectations

What we're looking for

Mandatory

• Certified Lead Auditor: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Proven experience delivering third-party audits

Preferred

• Exposure to mining or heavy industrial sectors
• Additional credentials: ISO 27001, Energy, ISO 14064 / verifier
• Strong capability in risk-based auditing and integrated management systems
