We are a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented Account & Project Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth project execution while maintaining strong client relationships. You will be managing performance marketing accounts.

We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of Account Management Experience
  • At least 2 years of Digital Agency Experience
  • At least 2 years of SEO or Paid Ads (or any relevant technical) experience

Position Overview

The Lead Account & Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project management. You should have knowledge & experience handling projects in SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development at an enterprise level, but you do not need to know how to execute them yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Plan and develop comprehensive project timelines and deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

  • Client Communication, Relationship Management & Upsells
  • Collect and organize required materials and information from clients
  • Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables
  • Present marketing reports and KPIs to clients, explaining progress and results
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all creatives and copy strictly adhere to brand guidelines and relevant laws/regulations
  • Verify that all client feedback from previous rounds of revisions has been properly incorporated
  • Review all deliverables against internal quality checklist standards before approval
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve output quality

  • Team Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components
  • Monitor internal deadlines and hold team members accountable
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational checklists and deadlines
