Job Description:

The Laundry Manager is responsible for managing daily laundry operations across all properties. This role supervises laundry associates, coordinates with laundry vendors, and ensures laundry supplies and operational inventory are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily laundry operations and laundry associates.
  • Coordinate with external laundry vendors for pickup, delivery, and service quality.
  • Manage laundry supplies and operational inventory across all properties.
  • Monitor stock levels, usage, damages, and replenishment needs.
  • Ensure laundry processes run efficiently and on schedule.
  • Prepare simple inventory and operational reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in laundry operations, housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management.
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and operational priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
