Job Description

• Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities for Mandarin training programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Coordinate with the Academic Team to develop customized programs.

• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Studies, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; Chinese-related degree preferred.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.

• HSK 3–5 or above is preferred.

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or educational services is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build long-term client relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
