As the Assistant Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for the meticulous day-to-day maintenance of the resort's gardens, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of both aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of landscapers, offering guidance and support to ensure the seamless execution of operations, while championing sustainable and environmentally friendly practices within all landscaping activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, landscape design principles, and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with local flora and climate conditions in Bali.
