Landlord Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage lease renewals, including commercial negotiations, collect required Landlord documentation
• Coordinate closely with landlord to resolve maintenance, facility, and operational Issues
• Conduct commercial negotiation on rent adjustment, service change increments, and secure rent relief for underperforming stores
• Manage the process of stores closure or lease terminations, including negotiation or exit terms
• Monitor and ensure all landlord payments processed on schedule
• Maintain update lease data and negotiations process

Requirements:

• Min. 7 Years working in retail industry
• Bachelor in Management, Business Administration, Communication or any related degree
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence external partners.
• Good understanding of lease agreements, commercial terms, and retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
