Carry out the land acquisition process, conducting physical soil examination and document checks in order to obtain land that aligns with the predetermined target.
Gathering information about land price developments to obtain accurate land prices.
Collect landowner documents to complete the administrative requirements for land acquisition and payment.
Assisting the land measurement department in the land measurement activities for the designated area to be cleared.
Coordinating with the local village head and sub-district head for the signing of the Surat Pelepasan Hak Tanah (SPHT).
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of land acquisition.
Have good negotiation skills.
Have good knowledge in field of legal land acquisition.
Have ability to analyze letters and land documents.
Have a network with influential individuals in the village.
