Possessing a bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0
5 years of experience in working as an L2 or senior-level Network Engineer with a specific fokus for Cisco SDN Technology (SD-Access or Cisco ACI); additional exposure for Cisco Meraki and Cisco Collaboration is a strong point
Must possessed a CCNP Enterprise-level certification
Deep knowledge in Cisco Technologies (Routing, Switching & Wireless) from installation standpoint: pre-config, device migration, upgrade management, etc.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy
Responsibilities:
Work as part of PSI customer network with responsibility which includes system maintenance, upgrade, or new initiative (change request) led by the customer's PIC
Provide an initial troubleshooting for incoming issues before escalation to next level support
Verify with customer to make sure that the request or issue are completed within the desired criteria
Support for troubleshooting of any findings/problems within the designated customer
Support for change request for the customer's network environment (should it is required)
Work with other customer's infrastructure team (such as security, network, etc.) and third-party vendors to open case and escalation as part of troubleshooting
Provide maintenance report such as tickets and issues (corrective), preventive and network documentation.
Monitoring system-health, as well as to act and/or report for issue mitigation
Act as a support for new installation; integrating of the desired system into the existing system as well as the required migration
Working as a team in managing all the project documentation (ranging from Site Survey, MoP, and UAT) as a build documentation
