Responsibilities
- Willing to work on a shift schedule (24/7), including weekends and national holidays, to ensure uninterrupted monitoring.
- Disciplined in following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency when responding to any anomalies that appear on the monitoring screen.
- Able to explain technical findings in simple terms to non-technical personnel or through written reports
- Able to think logically when providing initial advice regarding ongoing incidents

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understand the basic concepts of information security (CIA Triad) and common types of attacks (phishing, brute force, malware, DDoS).
- Understand network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and how network devices work (Firewall, IPS/IDS).
- Have basic experience or a willingness to learn quickly in using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Wazuh, or EDR consoles.
- Be able to read and understand basic logs from Windows Event Logs, Syslog, or Traffic Logs.
Experience
Fresh Graduates majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering are welcome to apply.
