L1 Operations Internship

Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems, servers, networks, databases, and applications regularly.
• Handle Level 1 operational tickets and provide first-level support for incidents and service requests.
• Record, update, and track tickets through the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues to the L2/L3 team when necessary.
• Respond to critical system alerts according to operational procedures.
• Perform routine system health checks based on operational checklists.
• Support operational handovers between shifts.
• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SOPs, SLAs, and company information security policies.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL/PLSQL.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in an IT operations environment.
