Learning & Development Specialist
We are looking for a
Learning & Development Specialist to support the design and execution of scalable learning programs across commercial and non-commercial teams. This role is a
generalist L&D position, covering instructional design, digital learning, and regional training enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute onboarding, upskilling, and refresh training programs for sales and commercial roles
- Develop learning materials (slides, scripts, assessments, simulations) aligned with business needs
- Support LMS-based learning delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Assist in AI-assisted content creation and content updates
- Coordinate and support regional training execution (online/offline)
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, HR, and Ops teams
- Monitor training completion, adoption, and basic performance impact
Requirements
- 36+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Sales Enablement
- Background from Financial Services, Banking, Retail (e.g. SRC), or FMCG
- Experience supporting field sales or commercial teams
- Hands-on experience in training design and execution
- Familiar with LMS or digital learning tools
- Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
