We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates interested in investment and capital markets. As a KYC Intern, you will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence on customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. As a KYC Intern, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Preparing, compiling, and organizing documents for data entry
- Verifying potential customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents into internal systems
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and making corrections where necessary
- Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies
- Obtaining and validating additional information for incomplete documents as needed
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students in Finance, Business Management, or any related fields
- Strong interest in investment and capital markets
- Curious and have strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership in your work and ability to learn and adapt
- Eager to do administration work
- Able to work in shifts
- Ready to join us ASAP
- Having WPPE or WPPE-P/PT or experience in data verification will be a plus
