Role Overview
We're looking for a KOL Talent who understands creator ecosystems, audience behavior, and how to drive performance through influencer collaborations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end KOL activities, from sourcing and nurturing creator relationships to ensuring campaign performance and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, approach, and onboard potential KOLs and creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talents
- Manage KOL communications and day-to-day coordination
- Monitor creator performance, engagement, and campaign results
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure smooth execution
- Track campaign KPIs (GMV, views, engagement, conversions, etc.)
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with creator trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, affiliate, or talent management
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (MUST)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Able to manage multiple talents and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Experience in agency, e-commerce, or creator management is a plus
