This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. You will be mainly responsible for hunting/handling KOL and maintaining good relations with all of the KOL that we've been collaborating with before. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the creative division to produce weekly creative collaboration content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experienced in handling KOL, Liaison officer, or related fields (Entry level are welcome)
- Good interpersonal skills with a professional attitude when dealing with talents and the team.
- Able to Work From the Office (East Surabaya).

- Identify, hunt, and manage suitable talents that align with the creative campaign objectives
- Maintain and update the main database of talents for tracking the past & future collaborations
- Coordinate shooting schedules, venue/props arrangements, and talent availability to ensure smooth production flow
- Collaborate closely with the creative production teams to ensure all deliverables meet creative direction and timelines
