  1. Ensure all KOL content aligns with RiaMiranda's brand tone: modest, elegant, feminine, and authentic.
  2. Develop and execute KOL/influencer strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction.
  3. Identify, curate, and manage KOLs (macro, micro, nano) relevant to RiaMiranda's target audience.
  4. Handle end-to-end KOL collaboration processes: outreach, negotiation, briefing, contract coordination, content monitoring, and reporting.
  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, talents, and agencies.
  6. Coordinate KOL involvement for launches, events, fashion shows, and special brand activations.
  7. Monitor KOL content performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare evaluation reports.
  8. Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, Fashion, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 23 years of experience as KOL Specialist / Influencer Marketing / Talent Management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple KOLs and campaigns simultaneously.
  6. Passionate about fashion, modest wear, and digital culture.
  7. Familiar with performance metrics and reporting.
  8. Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
