Job Description

KOL Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the beauty industry to enhance brand awareness, drive product launches, and increase engagement on digital platforms. This role will require a deep understanding of the beauty industry, consumer behavior, and social media trends in Indonesia, as well as experience in influencer management and content creation.

Job Descriptions

  • Research and identify top-tier influencers, celebrities, beauty bloggers, and micro-influencers in Indonesia who align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential KOLs for different campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and seasonal product launches.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL campaigns, from negotiations and contracts to monitoring and reporting performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and payment terms with KOLs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the beauty industry and influencer marketing space.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and external partners.
  • Analytical skills to track campaign performance and adjust strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
