KOL Specialist

Job Description:

• Listing, contacting, dealing, arranging deliveries & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign.
• Managing communications and building relationships with Social Media Influencer and third party agencies for join collaboration of various campaigns.
• Providing and preparing all material need for Influencers.
• Analyzing & monitoring Social Media Influencers performance.
• Understanding community standards and market trends.
• Providing accurate timing estimation on work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a KOL Specialist or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Preferred background or exposure to the beauty, health & wellness, or lifestyle brand.
• Familiar and up to date with the trends.
• Good communication, persuasive and strong negotiation skills.
• Responsive, quick thinker and doer, and have patience in dealing with other parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good collaborative working relationships.
• Well organized and time management skills.
• Have broad network is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in West Surabaya
• Able to join as soon as possible.
