Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Purbalingga for the position of KOL Specialist. The KOL Specialist will be responsible for identifying and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, managing collaborations, and executing campaigns that align with the organization's goals. The role also involves strategizing with internal teams, tracking campaign performance, and providing insights for continuous improvements. The candidate will work closely with marketing, community building, and content teams to boost the company's online presence and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in influencer outreach, partnership management, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Experience in strategy development and effective campaign execution
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign performance analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Creative thinking with a keen understanding of the latest trends in social media and content strategy
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
