Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute KOL plans end to end (hunting, dealing, creating briefs, scheduling, payment).
  • Reporting and creating next steps suggestions based on KOL performance.
  • Spot trends and create campaign ideas for KOL.
  • Obtain free exposure from KOL by providing products.
  • Manage relationship with KOL's.

Requirements

  • Understand which KOL is best fit for the brand
  • Strong understanding of what makes a viral content on TikTok
  • Storytelling and copywriting
  • Always up to date and have a high ability to identify trends
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare & beauty industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Energetic
