As a KOL Specialist, You Will
- Develop and implement strategies for influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
- Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting agreements, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records of collaborations
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector
Requirements
- 12 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate
- Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
