About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven KOL Specialist to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and opinion leaders to increase brand visibility and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify relevant KOLs, manage partnerships, and implement impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Develop and execute KOL campaigns that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage KOL partnerships, including negotiation, contract management, and tracking campaign deliverables.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure KOL content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine KOL strategies.
- Prepare reports on KOL activities, performance metrics, and ROI to support marketing and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building relationships
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
