Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage local freelancers, including assigning and following up on daily tasks.
- Identify and maintain relationships with local Indonesian influencers and build an influencer database.
- Manage influencer outreach, parnership communication, rate negotiations, and relationship management.
- Follow up on influencer campaigns, including content production, review, publication, and payment settlement.
- Collect and analyze influencer content performance data to continuously optimize campaign results.
- Maintain effective communication with the China-based team and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and the local social media landscape.
- Good communication skills in either Chinese or English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the
- Enjoys working with people and has strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong execution, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC operations, MCN agencies, or freelancer management is preferred.
- Existing connections with Indonesian influencers, MCN agencies, or local recruitment channels are preferred.
