Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a KOL Manager. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the role requires a combination of on-site presence and remote work flexibility. The KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the beauty and haircare industry. Key day-to-day tasks include designing and executing collaboration strategies, tracking campaign results to assess ROI, coordinating events or initiatives with KOLs, and ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging. The role will also involve keeping up with trends in beauty and influencer marketing to enhance engagement and drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in relationship management, influencer outreach, and partnership building
• Familiarity with the beauty or haircare industry
• >3 years experience dealing with various KOL types
• Experience in campaign planning, collaboration strategy design, and execution
• Analytical skills for tracking ROI, campaign performance, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work both on-site in Jakarta and from home
• A background in marketing, PR, or communications is advantageous
