Job Description

Job Objective:

To lead the creative vision and content strategy for all KOL and influencer marketing campaigns in the Indonesian market. You will combine brand identity with local Indonesian culture and online trends to produce engaging creative content that drives high interaction and conversion.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop innovative, locally-trending creative concepts and content strategies for beauty KOL campaigns across major Indonesian social platforms.
  2. Write detailed creative briefs in English to guide local Indonesian KOLs, managing translation and adaptation as needed.
  3. Manage and review the quality of KOL content output, ensuring it meets brand standards and is highly engaging.
  4. Stay ahead of beauty content trends, popular formats, and platform specifics on Indonesian social media.
  5. Collaborate with the KOL Business Development team to ensure creative alignment with selected KOLs style and audience.
  6. Analyze content performance data and continuously optimize creative direction for the Indonesian market.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  3. 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, KOL marketing, or related fields, with a proven portfolio.
  4. Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or related industries.
  5. Deep understanding of the mainstream Indonesian social media ecosystem and content consumption habits.
  6. Excellent creative planning, visual storytelling, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Can speak Mandarin will be plus poin.
  2. Experience in managing or directing local Indonesian content creators.
  3. Familiarity with the beauty content ecosystem on platforms like TikTok Indonesia, Instagram, and YouTube.
