What you will do:
- Assist in identifying potential influencers that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Help with influencer onboarding documentation, and coordination.
- Track influencer content submissions and ensure alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Compile influencer performance data (reach, engagement, leads, NC) for reporting purposes.
- Assist in engaging with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and basic inquiries under guidance.
- Help monitor conversations across social media and community platforms and flag potential issues or opportunities.
- Support community activities including online discussions, offline events, exhibitions, or meetups.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of influencer and community campaigns.
- Support lead generation initiatives through offline activities such as events or community activations.
- Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, influencers, and community initiatives.
- Help manage databases of influencers, community members, and partners.
What you will need:
Education:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
- No formal work experience required; organizational, campus, or internship experience is a plus.
- Have basic knowledge of the financial market
Additional Knowledge:
- Interest in influencer marketing, community building, and digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and online communities.
- Willingness to learn basic forex concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting (engagement, reach, impressions).
- Ability to use productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
