Job Description

About Us

We're transforming how the world captures, shares, and experiences visual stories.

Gump is the leading AI Photo Management platform for photographers across Asia—pioneering the use of AI to elevate event experiences in APAC. We provide AI-powered photo albums for events, helping photographers and event organizers deliver, share, and manage photos seamlessly. We've supported over 1,000 events and process millions of photos every month.

KaChick connects photographers with clients through AI-enhanced experiences—making it easy to handle inquiries, manage bookings through our AI agent, and grow their business with smarter automation that responds to clients in minutes instead of hours.

Together, we're building a dynamic photo ecosystem across Asia, where creators, brands, and businesses all thrive.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a KOL & Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow Gump and KaChick among photographers across Asia through creator partnerships, community campaigns, and hands-on growth execution. KOL specialist roles commonly focus on identifying and managing creators, coordinating campaigns, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance, while growth marketing specialists are typically expected to optimize the path from awareness to signup and conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who can both execute and think. You do not need to be a senior manager, but you should be able to bring ideas, run campaigns, manage creators, and learn what drives real user growth over time.

You'll work directly with the founders to turn partnership ideas and market opportunities into campaigns that help more photographers discover, try, and adopt our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Research & Outreach

  • Research and identify relevant KOLs, creator-educators, photography communities, and niche partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential KOLs and partners based on audience fit, engagement quality, and campaign relevance.
  • Reach out to KOLs and creators for collaborations, partnerships, reviews, tutorials, or educational campaigns.
  • Support negotiation of collaboration terms, deliverables, schedules, and usage rights. KOL specialist roles commonly include creator research, relationship-building, briefing, and negotiation.

2. Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end KOL and partnership campaigns, from outreach and briefing to publishing and follow-up.
  • Ensure creators understand the product, campaign message, content direction, and timeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams to make sure campaign assets, links, promo codes, and landing pages are ready.
  • Monitor campaign execution quality and ensure content is published on time. Regional KOL specialist roles frequently include briefing, schedule management, content review, and execution tracking.

3. Growth Marketing Support

  • Help plan and execute growth campaigns designed to drive traffic, signups, trials, and conversions for Gump and KaChick.
  • Support simple growth experiments across messaging, offers, landing pages, referral angles, and campaign formats.
  • Assist in developing collaboration ideas such as referral programs, affiliate partnerships, creator promo codes, webinars, giveaways, and educational content campaigns.
  • Connect campaign activity to business outcomes, not just reach or impressions. SaaS partner and growth marketing roles often involve joint promotions, customer acquisition strategy, funnel thinking, and performance analysis.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with KOLs, agencies, communities, and collaborators.
  • Keep creator records organized, including contact details, fees, engagement notes, past performance, and next-step opportunities.
  • Identify strong-performing partners and recommend which relationships should be developed further.
  • Support repeat collaborations and long-term partnership opportunities. KOL roles in Indonesia commonly emphasize relationship management and campaign continuity.

5. Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, signups, trial activations, and paid conversions where applicable.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and help analyze which creators, messages, and formats perform best.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Help build a more structured, repeatable partnership and growth workflow over time. Both KOL and partner marketing roles typically require performance monitoring and reporting to improve campaign outcomes.

6. Founder Collaboration

  • Work directly with founders to understand product priorities, customer pain points, and target user segments.
  • Turn founder ideas into practical partnership and growth initiatives.
  • Bring new ideas for creators, collaborations, campaign angles, and audience growth opportunities.
  • Help reduce founder bottlenecks by taking ownership of execution and coordination.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong interest in social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital communities.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills, especially for outreach and managing external collaborators.
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple campaigns, contacts, and deadlines.
  • Basic commercial sense and confidence in handling negotiation, campaign terms, and follow-up.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn from campaign data.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with direct founder collaboration.

Bonus

  • Experience in SaaS, creator tools, photography, events, or AI products.
  • Experience working with photographers, content creators, or education communities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, GA4, creator databases, or social analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting referral, affiliate, ambassador, or community-led growth campaigns.
  • Interest in helping photographers grow through AI and practical business tools.

Why Join Us

  • Help shape how photographers across Asia discover and adopt AI-powered tools that improve their workflow and business.
  • Work closely with founders and gain hands-on exposure to growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
  • Build real growth channels through creators, educators, and communities—not just vanity social campaigns.
  • Develop into a stronger specialist across partnerships, growth marketing, and SaaS customer acquisition.
  • Contribute directly to a product and mission with clear impact on a fast-growing photography ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 3 months, you should:

  • Build a qualified list of relevant KOLs, educator-creators, and partnership opportunities.
  • Launch and coordinate initial KOL campaigns with clear tracking and reporting.
  • Help improve the workflow for outreach, briefing, follow-up, and campaign measurement.
  • Identify early signals on which creator profiles, offers, and content angles drive the most interest and signups.
  • Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day coordination while increasing execution speed and consistency.
